Be sure and admire our garbage!!
Days spent cleaning, planning outings and meals, restructuring budgets and work schedules, and shuffling sleeping arrangements ended in a strange alien abduction. Friends and family were left wondering what the heck just happened! There is no other explanation. Well, there are a few other explanations but that would mean someone was disrespectful, inconsiderate, and downright rude. My husband, ever the optimist and knowing that’s not possible, came to the conclusion that it can only mean that aliens truly landed in Cedar Park and destroyed cell phones and all other convenient means of communication. Lock your doors, bolt your windows and hide your children!!
Mom: Olivia, don’t stand on the couch. You’re going to fall.
Olivia: hee hee
Dad: Boo!! Your mother said to sit down!!!
Olivia: hee hee
Mom: I am not going to ask you again! SIT DOWN!!!
Olivia: OK
Mom and dad go back to what they were doing. Seconds later…”BOOOOOOOM!”
Reed and I have a brand new home!!! Well, at least it looks and feels like a brand new home. It’s amazing what you can do for under $100. Seriously! Take a look for yourself…
